She collaborates with both clients and estate agents to ensure perfect timing for staging and photography, maximising the home’s market potential.
As the move nears, Lucelen provides additional support—offering packing/unpacking services and coordinating with removal teams to ensure a smooth transition. Your new home will be spotless, welcoming, and ready to enjoy, while the old one is left pristine for its next owner.
Selling
- Half-day house preparation: From £95.00 — Includes consultation, surface decluttering, cleaning, polishing, staging, and packing (boxes/wrap not included).
- Full-day preparation: From £180.00
Moving
- Moving out clean only: Quote upon request
- Moving in clean only: Quote upon request
- Full day move assistance: £180.00 — Includes a light surface clean with own products, room setup, unpacking, and organising.
Builders Sparkle Cleans
Working with bespoke building firms, Lucelen understands the importance of the attention to detail and that the final finishing touch really does matter for both the reputation of builder and for client relationships. Lucy is flexible, reliable and accommodating.

Domestic Cleans
Lucelen works for only a handful of selective regular clients carrying out their weekly/fortnightly cleans to ensure that she maintains her high standards and reputation.
